Family owned and operated by Dean & Julia Ryan, our farm has been cared for by our family for nearly 60 years.
Through regenerative and biological farming, we nurture living soils, raise healthy animals, foster biodiversity and build soil carbon. The result is nutrient-dense produce and richly marbled Jersey beef with unmatched taste and provenance.

Best known as a heritage dairy breed, Jerseys also produce exceptional beef - creamy, tender and full of flavour, with their distinctive golden-yellow fat giving the meat a richness unlike any other. This unique taste profile sets Jersey beef apart from conventional beef.
At Lake Janis Farm, our Jerseys graze freely on irrigated multi-species pastures, thriving year-round on a natural diet of nutrient-dense grasses.
Their ability to develop impressive marbling on a fully grassfed diet makes them a standout choice for a truly premium farm-to-table experience.
We grow certified organic Hass avocados and certified organic potatoes available in red and cream varieties.
Our crops are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or chemical fertilisers, ensuring that the food you eat is as pure and natural as possible.
We encourage you to choose your produce based on nutrient density and flavour rather than appearance.
We are excited to be one of the first orchards in Australia to be growing this Italian variety of Gold kiwifruit.
Characterised by a deep golden yellow flesh, which is a lot sweeter than the green kiwifruit varieties.
Another plus is its hairless skin, which makes for a more pleasant eating experience.
